Just realized how legendary Ohnoki was. He literally fought Madara in his prime and was a student of Mu. He's one of 2 original jinton users and basically saved the kages from Edo tensei Madara at one point. I kinda wish they showed more of him now :(

They make death a huge deal in this franchise and Milk your emotions dry But then also get over it and basically immediately forget about them and the Deep life lessons they learned

Good episode, but is moments like this that makes me like One Piece more... here sometimes feels like only Bakaruto and Sarada have a family, the rest they rest go straight back to being shadowed by the protagonist... In One Piece we would get a whole village reaction to the kids coming back, but hey... maybe its just me.

At the funeral scene i was suddenly reminded of the Fourth Shinobi War and how old man fought with everyone. It was a sudden feeling but it got me really emotional...

I feel like that opening was choosing to go for more spin-off action then what will actually happen.

I am personally a fan of people still be loved/respected after going down a wrong/dark path. I am like that, and have been hurt badly because I'm like that, but I truly believe everyone should be forgiven (not forgotten) even if go down dark path.

Geezer funeral, he went down a dark path, but outside of that he was loved and cameback in the very end. He fought Madara in their youth, he fought Madara in old age, he was a good teacher and kage.

Inojin and his son Akkun funeral, all I can think of is:

Mitsuki and Humanoid Akata (Sekiei being main friend) funeral, Mitsuki truly wanted them to live and be his friends, but they went down the wrong path and died for it.

LOL Naruto and gang goofy, but it all works out, basically Team 7 just had a temporary suspension for "deserting" but being good on all other fronts.
Would have been hilarious if since they were tripped from leaf they all went to stone where they were welcome as shinobi LOL

Finally a reunion of team 7 at last.
